These terms govern your use of Upstyler. The short version: you must be 18 or older, you pay if you stay subscribed, you can cancel anytime, and you use the product as intended. The full terms below set out billing, cancellation and refunds, acceptable use, and the legal basics. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who we are and acceptance
Upstyler is operated by MLAI Solutions (“Upstyler,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Upstyler. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We may refuse or disable the verdict flow where a user is identified as a minor.
3. The service
Upstyler is an AI styling assistant. It evaluates the clothing in the photos you submit, suggests outfits from your own closet, and provides related styling features. Verdicts and recommendations are opinions generated by AI for your consideration — they are not professional advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Upstyler comments on clothing choices, never on your body, face, or appearance.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Upstyler offers a free tier and paid subscriptions:
- Free — limited to 50 closet items and 3 verdicts per day, with basic daily outfits.
- Plus — $9.99/month or $69.99/year: unlimited closet, unlimited verdicts, and advanced daily-outfit logic.
- Premium — $16.99/month or $119.99/year: everything in Plus, plus priority response and additional features as released.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. 5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We offer a 7-day refund window on a new paid subscription if you are not satisfied — contact us within 7 days of the charge. 6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of anyone without their permission, or of anyone under 18;
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent limits of the service;
- Misuse the AI features or attempt to make the product evaluate a person rather than clothing;
- Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to generate a verdict or build a lineup), as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
8. Intellectual property
The Upstyler service, software, branding, and content (excluding your uploads) are owned by MLAI Solutions and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; no other rights are granted.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Styling outputs are subjective opinions and may not suit every context. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. [counsel: finalize warranty disclaimer and liability cap per governing law.]
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms
