Delete your account.
You can permanently delete your Upstyler account and everything tied to it at any time. Choose whichever method below is easiest — they all do the same thing.
In the app
Open the Upstyler app, then go to Account → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.
On the web
Sign in at upstyler.ai, open Settings, and choose Delete my account under Privacy & data.
If you can’t sign in or have uninstalled the app
Email info@mlai.solutions from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Upstyler account”. We verify the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account and its data.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- your profile and sign-in identity;
- your style profile and preferences;
- every closet item and the photos you uploaded;
- your outfit verdicts and lineup history.
Deletion begins immediately and your account becomes unusable right away. Full erasure across our systems completes within 24 hours, and copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We retain only the minimal records we are legally required to keep (for example, a tamper-evident audit log of the deletion request itself), with personal identifiers removed.
